For this project I was tasked with creating a stylized character for a startup social media platform. The original concept of the caracter was created with generative AI by the client and they wanted to recreate it in 3D for use in their promotional contend and platform. The most difficult part of the project was matching the character's 3D form to the generated image. The character's base shape was initially created in Blender, after which it was exported and scuplted in ZBrush and later optimized and UV unwrapped in Blender. After that I manually painted the textures in Substance Painter and created hair in Blender. The final output is a rigged 3D character with PBR textures ready to be used in production in offline rendering.
